Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and must include the original packaging.
After initiating a return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of your return. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following: Check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to officially post. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund appears.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

You are responsible for the shipping costs related to returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For orders over $500 customers may be eligible for a return shipping discount. Please contact customer support for more details.
Once we provide you with a tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the package. We advise clients to track their shipment or contact the logistics company for any delays. If the logistics company loses your package, you will need to file a claim with them, including proof of payment, tracking number, and any required documentation. The estimated delivery period is 8-12 days.
We do not issue refunds for items lost in transit by the logistics company or for stolen goods. If your delivery does not arrive within this time frame, please contact the logistics company immediately. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, please do so within 48 hours of receiving your tracking code.
The following types of items are non-returnable: Personalized or custom-made items, digital products or gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of returned items that are not in original condition, are used, or lack original packaging.
